Anton is the kind of guy that triggers enthusiasm and creates energy. He successfully applies his knowledge of motivational psychology and creativity in both group processes as in his own work.

Anton has exceptional skills for the ideation, development, and commercialization of new products across several different categories. He has the rare ability to take abstract ideas from a wide range of people and convert the ideas into 2-D and 3-D visualizations. He is refreshing and inspiring to work with.

In addition, he come ups with creative ideas for the direction and development of projects. Including industrial design, packaging graphic design, packaging structural design, Anton is the force that makes a good product great.

Anton accomplishes all this while having the responsibility of delivering the products on time as a Project Manager. It is not easy as he is given very difficult and challenging projects that often start behind schedule. But, he will deliver it, on cost and on time. And, under that pressure, to continue with the implementation of his creativity is the highest compliment I can give him.

Anton is a very intelligent and able project manager. It is inspiring to witness how he pushes himself and others to to find other/better ways of doing things, and to get to the core of the matter.
He is not afraid of taking initiative and risk, when he known he has a solid idea.
