Custom Scrum Training
Scrum suits teams that solve complex problems. In this training you learn exactly how Scrum works in practice — and you apply it directly to your own work.
We tailor the content to your needs and experience. That can mean practical questions such as clearer roles, better backlog management, or more efficient Scrum events. It’s also possible to focus on earning a scrum.org certificate: PSM I, PSM II, PSPO I, or PSPO II.

Practising instead of watching
This isn’t your typical training.
I had braced myself for a day of resting, zoning out, and staring out the window. But the training was active and engaging from start to finish.
— participant
In these trainings we don’t use PowerPoint slides. We work with flip charts, drawings, and active exercises.
That way the material sticks, and you can use it the following week.
Apply it directly in your work
Theory that stays disconnected from your own work is forgotten as quickly as you heard it.
During the training you work with practical situations from your own organisation. You use what you learn to develop better agreements.
You leave with concrete next steps for your team, not a folder full of notes.
Tailored to your questions
A training built around a fictional example company says little about your own work.
That’s why every training starts with the questions participants bring. The content follows from there.
That makes the day relevant for your role and your team.
Beforehand I was dreading the training, thinking: three tough days, how will I get through them. But I wasn’t tired for a moment, and every day I left the room full of energy. I hadn’t experienced that before.
Menu for a custom Scrum training
Scrum looks different in every organisation. A fixed training with one fixed programme rarely fits exactly.
That’s why you put together the training yourself from the topics below, with a trainer who has hands-on experience in many organisations.
- Scrum Master depth — strengthen the Scrum Master role. Theory around PSM I and PSM II, plus practice: coaching, visualisation, team dynamics, agile transformations, or scaled agile.
- Product Owner depth — stand firmer as a PO. Stakeholder management, value management, roadmapping, dealing with resistance. PSPO I and PSPO II are also possible.
- Agile organisation depth — combine Scrum with daily operations and multiple teams. Techniques such as Kanban and Scrumban when pure Scrum doesn’t fit.
