Google’s privacy invasions are well documented. You would be better installing eOS or LineageOS and de-googling your life. Apple at least observes some form of robust privacy policy, whereas google profiteer over almost all aspects of your data communications. It seems stupid for someone to migrate to a Fairphone and then switch from a privacy provider (Apple) to one that doesn’t care (Google.)
